A-Ivie's Transmission Service is located on the intersection of 19th St. and Ave. Q in Lubbock Tx. It was established in 1972 and is a family owned business. We pride our selves on our reputation for providing outstanding service at a reasonable price.

A-Ivie's is owned and operated by Jim and Carol Ivie. And currently employee's four R&R technicians, four transmission rebuilders, and one foreman. All of which help A-Ivie's to maintain the reputation of being the best transmission shop in the area.

Our primary service is the repair of automatic transmissions along with drive line and C.V. axle repair including U-joints and C.V. Boots/joints in most cars.

All of our work is "as necessary." Every vehicle is inspected as to the nature and extent of the repairs needed and the best solution for each customer is discussed with the customer. You will be presented with all options possible to solve any transmission problem that you may have for your best solution!

Every transmission problem is unique and must be addressed on an individual basis. With that in mind, we need to have the vehicle at our shop to evaluate any transmission concern.
